BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must possess:

✅ EIN (Employer Identification Number)
✅ Articles of Organization or Articles of Incorporation
✅ Business Status Certificate (if applicable)
✅ Ability to Complete Background Screening
✅ Ability to Complete MVR Screening
